WHAT WE DO

Project Management

Provide comprehensive oversight of projects under the Forum on China–Africa Cooperation (FOCAC). This includes the systematic management, continuous monitoring, and effective coordination of all initiatives, ensuring that progress is meticulously tracked and reported directly to the President. The objective is to guarantee transparency, accountability, and alignment of each project with Nigeria’s national development priorities.

Project Advisory

Undertake rigorous evaluation of Chinese-linked projects in which the Government of Nigeria has a present or potential stake. This encompasses ventures where the Government is investing, has previously invested, or where sovereign or partial guarantees have been extended or are under consideration. The advisory role ensures that the national interest is safeguarded, risks are clearly identified, and opportunities are strategically harnessed for sustainable growth.

Strategic Investments and the Re-industrialisation of Nigeria

Design and advance innovative models for the co-creation, conceptualisation, and stewardship of Chinese-linked presidential priority initiatives across identified focal sectors. The mandate is to foster strategic investment partnerships that drive industrial renewal, catalyse job creation, and accelerate Nigeria’s economic transformation, positioning the nation as a competitive hub within the global industrial and investment landscape.

Facilitating the exchange of Nigerian products for Chinese technology strengthens economic cooperation and ensures mutual benefits for both nations. This trade arrangement promotes industrial growth, enhances technological advancement in Nigeria, and provides China with valuable resources.

Comprehensive Training Programs

The Nigerian-Chinese Strategic Partnership (NCSP) actively fosters collaborations between Nigerian and Chinese institutions, focusing on governance, economic development, and mutual growth.
